The amazingly beautiful and
tranquil Ba Be Lakes and surrounding area is truly the
unspoiled. Vietnam Horison travel offers three days of touring
that includes canoeing on all three area lakes, caving and short
trekking in Ba Be National Park. This tour is completed with a
stay in a traditional stilt house of the Tay ethnic minority.
This program has been designed for those who want to take
time at a relaxing pace, and who takes pleasure in the
peacefulness of nature.
Day 1: Hanoi -
Ba Be Lakes (240km)
Pick up from your hotel at 7 am , take 6 hours drive to Ba Be .
On the way we will stop for a visit to Vietnam Museum of
Ethnology in Thai Nguyen city. Relax with a coffee or lipton tea
. Stop for lunch with local food in Bac Kan town.
Arrive to the centre of Ba Be national Park in the afternoon ,
we reach a small village of Tay ethnic minority people, check in
homestay . Take a walk around the Park, possible a swim in lake
. Overnight in traditional stilt house . (_/L/D/)
Day 2: Ba Be
Lakes, boating and canoeing along the lakes
Today after breakfast we take a local hand-crafted canoe to
discover the wonderful Ba Be lakes. Gliding along the river,
through a pretty cave , to a spectacular waterfall . This trip
will offer great natural sceneries and photo opportunities. Have
lunch
with local food near the waterfall , then we go on canoeing into
Ba Be lakes . Enjoy swimming . Take a light trek through ethnic
minority villages back to our homestay . Overnight in
traditional stilt house .(B/L/D)
Day 3: Ba Be
Lakes - Hanoi
After breakfast, take a free walk in the park. A bike or
motorbike ride is optional . At 10 am we goodbye village, leave
for Hanoi . Have lunch on the way . Back to Hanoi around 5 pm ,
droff off at your hotel. End of the services. (B/L/_)
